first ask urself about the following signs did u notice that u sffered from it in the past month or not and how frequent u did ....
easy provocation and nervousness, sadness, or frustration
feeling unstable or irritable, bordem and muscle tension or spasm
anxiety easy crying or sense of apprenehsion or fear that something bad will happen
increase smoking, alcoholics or use of tranquilisers
nail biting or shaking limbs
insomnia or inability to have a stable sleep or laziness and sense of exhaustion
headache, nausea or diarrhea or change of bowel movements
skin problems or allergies or hypertension
repeated accidents or repeated flu affection
cold sweat or hyperventilation
premenstrual tension
repeated absence from work or excessive working for a long time
inability to communicate with others and lack of interest in taking care of oneself
over involvment in silly details
procrastination
all the above conditions are stress signs on ur body when u become loaded they start to appear and accumulate till u stop being able to function
the presence of these signs and its repetition means that u r stressed and u r unable to get rid of stress in a healthy way
u have to learn to get rid of stress loads daily not to reach this stage
